Register/login as a customer

Creating a Nikon Store account will allow you to:
- Check out more quickly
- Check the status of your orders online
- Obtain a history of items you have purchased
- Save products you are interested in to your Wish List

Register
You will be given the chance to create a Nikon Store account when you purchase a product, or you can do so whenever you like simply by clicking on REGISTER (at the top of every page).

In order to register, you will be asked to fill in your personal details, designate an email address for your account, create an account password and accept the TERMS & CONDITIONS. You will receive an activation email. Click on the link to activate your account. Right after you will receive a confirmation mail.

Should you forget that you have already registered and try to register a second time with the same email, a message will inform you that your email address is already being used. If this happens, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email address again and have a new password sent to you.

Login
To login you have to enter your email address and password. If you enter the wrong password three times in a row, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter the email address you registered with and have a new password sent to you.

Remember me
To login to the store automatically each time you visit, simply select Remember me when you next log in. For security reasons, you will still need to insert your account’s email address and password when you want to make a purchase or edit your personal details

Forgot password

If you forget your password, simply click FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD? and fill in your email on the page that follows. A new password will be sent to you. If your email address is not recognized, you will have to register again.

As soon as you login with your new password, you will be given the option to change it to one that you find easier to remember.

Change personal details

You can edit your personal details or reset your password in MY ACCOUNT whenever you need to. Simply enter the new information in the relevant fields and click on SAVE CHANGES.
