If your email address is not recognized, you will have to register again. As soon as you login with your new password, you will be given the option to change it to one that you find easier to remember.
We provide estimated shipping dates. Exact timelines depend on product availability. In general, it takes between 1 to 2 weeks for products that are in stock. The delivery time for products that have to be back-ordered might be longer. You can track your orders using the Track & Trace link that will be sent to you in an email as soon as your delivery is shipped.
A dealer’s account administrator is the only person who can change the details of users linked to that account. By going to the User’s tab in their account’s company administration area, an administrator can edit a user’s personal details, modify their rights, change their role and de-activate or delete user accounts as necessary.Delivery FAQs
